The auditorium can contain more than 800 persons. After the modernisation, the amphitheatre was officially opened on 1st July 2012. The concert bowl is the centre of cultural and educational events in the resort. Every year the Rabka-Zdrój Commune prepares a detailed calendar of events that are organised on the amphitheatre premises in co-operation with the Municipal Culture Centre in Rabka-Zdrój. The plan of events includes attractions for the entire family – concerts, performances and competitions. Among them, it is worth mentioning the Rabka May Picnic and the New Year’s Eve party, cabaret performances and the Festival of Kindergarten Songs. In summer, the Carpathian Festival of Children’s Regional Ensembles is held on the stage of the amphitheatre, with children from various mountainous regions presenting their folklore and cyclic theatre performances for the youngest spectators as a part of the Summer Fairy Tale Festival.
