The restaurant's menu combines tradition with a modern twist. It refers to traditional Polish cuisine and changes with the seasons. Spring and summer are a time for fresh vegetables, asparagus and artichokes. In autumn and winter, game, mushrooms and forest fruits play a key role in the menu; however, all the dishes offer subtle and innovative arrangements. In addition, the restaurant offers an extensive wine menu that will satisfy connoisseurs and wine aficionados.
