Dance, Argentina and wine – that's how it all started.
Jura Vineyard is a relatively fresh addition to the Małopolska Wine Route – it was fiest established in 2015, with first test wines made just a year later, and 2017 saw the first harvest and wine production. The plantation belongs to the Miszczak family – Joanna, who is a certified sommelier and Marcin – former Argentinian tango instructor and dancer, who fell in love with wine during his stay in Argentina. The plantation covers the area of 4 hectares and features nine varieties of grapes, including johanniter, solaris, cabernet cortis and chardonnay. The vines are cultivated organically, without artificial fertilisers and pesticides. The owners organize tours and tastings for groups. Their wines can be purchased at the vineyard, in their on-line store and in some wine shops in Krakow.
